Global PrayerGram
Global PrayerGram was launched in December 1987 to coincide with that year's Week of Prayer for Foreign Missions. Its goal was to encourage daily prayer for international missions through praise items and prayer requests from IMB personnel around the world. Alongside the IMB's still active toll-free prayerline (1-800-395-PRAY), it helped fulfill the prayer office's mission to "motivate Southern Baptists to deeper involvement with overseas missions through intercessory prayer."
