Minutes of the September 16, 1902 Foreign Mission Board Meeting

Richmond Va Sept 16. 1902. The Board met at 4.30 P.M. with President Hutson in the chair. Prayer by Dr Bagby. In the absence of brother Derieux Dr Bagby was appointed to act as recording secretary.
