Board Rooms, September 12, 1935
The Board met in regular session in the Board rooms at
4 P, M., Thursday, September 12th, with President Jenkins
presiding.
Brother M. T. Rankin opened the meeting with prayer.
The following were presents Brethren Jenkins, Green,
Bryant, Slaughter, Cousins, Coleman, 7/ill lams, Gaines, Gwa th-
mey and Harris; Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Wicker, Mrs. Thomas and
Miss Poster; also Dr. Charles E. Maddry, Executive Secretary,
Miss Ford, Assistant to the Executive Secretary, Mr. Buxton,
Treasurer, and Brother M. T. Rankin, Superintendent of the
Orient .

W. M. U. at the First Baptist Church, Wednesday afternoon,
October 16th, was accepted.
Dr. M. T. Rankin, our Superintendent of the Orient, was
presented to the Board. He made a few remarks.
