The Board was called to order by President
Ellyson. Brother James opened the meeting with prayer.

Through Brother Skinner, Sec'y, the
administrative Committee reported. On their recommenda¬
tion it was voted that the firm represented' by Mr.
Chichester be paid. a fee of $2,500 for services rendered
in connection with the will of Mr. J. H. Sands.
On motion of Brother Ball it was voted that
the Administrative Committee be compensated on a basis of
$40 per month instead of that of the resolution of July 11.
