The following resolution was referred to Corresponding Secretary. Resolved that the Cor. Sec. be requested to reply to the communication of Bro. Carroll in reference to the paying the salary of Miss Everett, directly from the Treasury; that as the Board does not understand, that Miss Everett is a direct appointee of the Board, there would be no propriety in our paying her salary, as proposed, and
