Foreign Mission Board Rooms

The Foreign Mission Board met in semi-annual session at 9:00 A.M. on
’Wednesday, October 16, 1940, with President Jenkins in the chair.
The meeting was opened with a devotional led by F. C. Feezor of North
Carolina.

On motion of Brother Jenkins it ms voted to dispense with the reading of
the Minutes of the September meeting.
On motion of Brother Knight it was voted to request the President of the
Board to write letters of appreciation to W. A. Harris, Recording Secretary,
and F. F. Gibson, Vice-President, who were unable to be present on account of
illness .
