Foreign Mission Board Booms
October 15, 1941
. The Foreign Mission board met in seni-annual session at 9:00 ". on
Wednesday, October 15, 1941, with President Jenkins in the chair.
The meeting was opened with a devotional led by Dr. E. D. Head of Texas.

The minutes of the September meeting of the hoard were approved as read.
Dr. Maddry presented to the Board the entire office staff.
Dr. Maddry presented the need of reinforcing the missionary personnel in
Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. He also stressed the importance of preserving
the present personnel in China and expressed the hope that the separated
families might be reunited in the near future.
Dr. Maddry expressed great joy at the prospect of opening work in Colombia.
Dr. Sadler reported briefly on conditions in Africa, Europe onr the Hear
East.
On motion of Brother Adams the following report of the Committee on Africa,
OH AFRICA Europe and the Hear East was adopted:
