The executive Secretary read .the following report to the Board:
I wish to express to the members of the Foreign Mission Board my
sincere gratitude and appreciation for the extended vacation given me last
summer. I had worked hard for ten and a half years and felt very much the
need of rest and complete relaxation with t he beginning cf summer. I have
come back greatl;-, refreshed and renewed in body, and I hope in spirit, for
great work tor-ether in the challenging days ahead.
