The
Rooms at
Foreign Mission Board met in semi-annual session in the Board
9:30 A, M. on October 12th.
The meeting was opened with a devotional led by Dr. W. C. Taylor of
Brazil.

Dr. Charles E. Maddry, Executive Secretary, made a full and complete
report on his visit to Italy and Nigeria during the summer, closing with an
earnest plea for reinforcements.
The agreement with the Italian Baptists was read and referred to the
Committee on Europe, Africa and the Near East.
After announcement of committees and place and time of meeting the
Board adjourned with prayer by J. Howard Williams in order that the
committees might meet in the appointed places.
