The Board met at 4:30 this afternoon in annual session, Pres. Hutson in the chair. Dr. Pitt led in prayer. The following members were present: Willingham, Winston, Durham, Ryland, McDaniel, Pitt, Hutson, Wm H. Smith, Ramsey [sic], Harris, Knight, Porter, W. R. L. Smith, Ball, Ray, Mathews, Dorset.

The Cor. Sec. reported that Bro. A. C. Cree has done faithful and effective work during the two months for which he was engaged, and that after the expiration of his engagement, he had offered to continue his work without salary until the meeting of the Convention. On motion the agreement of the Cor. Sec. to pay Bro. Cree's expenses for the remainder of the time was ratified.
The following bills were ordered paid: Petty Cash Acct. $114.04, Williams Printing Co. $11.00
On motion the following delegates to the World's Missionary Conference to meet in Edinburgh, were appointed: T. B. Ray, S. J. Porter, Wm H. Smith, E. Y. Mullins, W. O. Carver, B. H. Carroll, R. H. Graves, E. N. Walne, S. M. Sowell, Geo. W. Truett, W. J. E. Cox, Geo. W. McDaniel, F. C. McConnell, E. C. Dargan, J. T. Henderson, Joshua Levering, B. G. Lowrey, Miss E. C. Crane, Miss F. E. S. Heck, E. M. Poteat, J. H. Tyler -- and a committee composed of Drs. Wm H. Smith, Ramsey [sic] and Knight were appointed to interview the brethren named, and in the event of their inability to attend, to fill their places; also to complete the list of delegates to
