The Board met in annual session this day at 4:30 P.M. with Pres. Hutson in the chair. Prayer was offered by Brother Durham. The following brethren were noted present:- Hutson, Pollard, W. R. L. Smith, Winston, Durham, Porter, Ball, Grace, Wm. H. Smith, Willingham, Ramsey [sic], Ray, Dorset, Ellyson, Mathews, Ryland, Pitt, Harris, Knight and Gwathmey. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The Secretary stated that rooms #17 and 18, as well as the rooms now occupied had been rented in accordance with the action of the Board at last meeting.
Bro. Rawlinson has engagements to speak in Kentucky, [marked out: and his expenses to that state shall be paid by the Board]. It was agreed that his expenses from Louisville to Hot Springs be also paid; also that the same arrangement be made for Dr. Hartwell and his daughter who are also in Louisville.
The request of Bro. Nathan Maynard that he be allowed to accept for one year position as assistant superintendent of the orphanage at Salem, Va., continuing as missionary of this Board without salary, was on motion, of Bro. Winston granted.
Bro. Huckaby is at death's door at his home in Texas. The Sec. was instructed to extend aid to him, if necessary, to the extent of $50, or, so much thereof as he may need.
On motion $50 was also granted to Bro. C. E. Smith whose circumstances seem to make it necessary that aid be extended him.
Miss Mary Taylor, Tampa, Fla. has given $500.00 to be used by the Board until Jly. 1st. 1908, after that to be invested and the interest
