The following resolutions were read hy Secretary

RESOLVES:
l.That consent of the Board be given to Mrs.
Thos. S. Brown, widow and executrix of the late Thos. S.
irown, to use y750 of the estate in erecting a monument
it LIr. Brown's grave, the Foreign Mission Board sharing
equally with the other beneficiaries under the will this
rount. ,
2. That Mr. S. P. Powell, attorney-at-law,
Spottsylvania, Va., be authorized to represent the For¬
eign Mission Board and to protect its interest under the
will of the late Margaret Powell Swindle, widow of Robert
H. Spindle, late of the city of V/ashington, District of
Columbia, subject to satisfactory agreement as to fee.
3. That the Foreign Mission Board authorize
H.C. Wallace, attomey-at-law, Lexington, Mo., to sell the
Englewood Station property for the net sum of $4, 000, cash.
This we offer in lieu of the proposition which he made
for the sale of said property in his letter of Apr. 22, 1919.
4. That the President is hereby authorized
to execute for and on behalf of the Foreign Mission Board
of the Southern Baptist Convention, a power of attorney
to Clarence H. Southworth, Glasgow, Howard Co., state of
Missouri, to sell and convey all our right, title and
interest as one of the legatees under the last will and
testament of James W. Southworth, deceased, late of Howard
Co., Missouri, the Corresponding Secretary affix and
attest the seal of said corporation thereto.
