Foreign Mission Board Rooms

The Foreign Mission Board met in regular monthly session at 4:00 p. E.
on May 11th with x resident Jenkins presiding.
The meeting ms opened -with prayer by Dr. Loving.
The following members were present: Brethren Coleman, Jenkins, Loving,
Montague, Bryant and Harris, Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Atkinson; also Executive
Secretary, Charles E. Maddry; Executive Assistant, Jessie A. Ford; Treasurer,
E. P. Buxton; and Business Manager of TEE COMMISSION, J.

On motion the Secretary was authorised to appoint an assistant to the
Recording Secretary.
It was voted to dissolve the committee appointed to negotiate with Dr.
J. B. Lawrence of the Hone Mission Board concerning the consolidation of
the magazines of the Home Mission Board and the Foreign Mission Board.
The president of the Board, the Executive Secretary, the Business Manager of
ТПЕ,
COMMISSION, and the chairman of the Educational Committee were appointed to study the
cost and production of THE COMMISSION and to make recommendations as to future plans.
The motion was made and approved that Dr. and Mrs. George W. Sadler be
reappointed as missionaries of this Board.
