The presiding officer called the meeting to order.
The audience joined in singing the opening hymn, led by Sidney C. Reber.
Mrs. Ray Mullendore, 3card member from Kentucky, read a passage of Scripture and led in
the opening prayer.
Minutes of the Board for February S, 1977 were approved.
The presiding officer recognized the Chairman of the Administrative Committee, M. Hunter
Riggins .

1. THAT cost-of-living supplement rates be established as follows, effective as
of arrival of missionaries on the field, and that $8,570.00 be appropriated
from Current Funds to provide the amounts needed:

3. THAT the proposed contract with Callaway Gardens for a period of three years
beginning in the fall of 1977 and ending in April 1980 be approved.
4. THAT $1,200.00 be appropriated from Current Funds to cover travel expenses
for Dr. Fred Laughon in connection with three trips related to planning for
"Project Look Up" and a trip to Mexico City for observation of broadcasting
work done there by Alan Compton, regional mass media representative, and by
the Mexico Convention and Mission.
