The Cor. Sec'ty called attention to the large debt of the Board and insisted that we should constantly pray for Divine assistance. Prayer was offered by bro Williams.
The Cor. Sect'y. stated that bro. Daniel has commenced his work at Juez de Fora; that bro. Puthuff in a letter thanks the Board for restoring him as missionary, but expects to see the Board; that bro. McCormick says that he cannot build a house of worship for $5,000 &c. His communication will be laid before the Com. on Mexican Missions after hearing from Dr. Harris.
The bill from the Ex Com. of the Woman's Societies for $72.82 was ordered to be paid.
The resignation of bro. Wright as Vice President for North Carolina was accepted, and,
On motion, Bro. Bostick was appointed Vice president in his place, until May next.
