PAR EAST— RESOLVED:
That we withdraw the credit for $19,850 contained
in Letter of Credit 2952 for the Poo To Building, Canton.

AMERICA— BRAZIL--
RESOLVED:
That $20.00 per month be appropriated for rent
for Brother A. L. Dunstan 7/hile he is in this country re¬
ceiving medical attention.
Inasmuch as the change of policy in appropriating
rent allowances for missionaries in South Brazil has worked
a hardship since formerly these rent allowances were ap¬
propriated in milreis, the Treasurer of the South Brazil
Mission is hereby authorized to pay these discrepancies
in rent allowances from any surplus funds that may be
accumulated from rent allowances to the brethren who come
home before the end of the year.
MEXICO—
Inasmuch as the mortgage of $23,000 on the Mexican
Baptist Publishing House falls due April 1st, 1927, and the
same cannot be re-financed in El Paso without paying 2jS
brokerage, resolved that $3,000 be appropriated out "of the
Judson Centennial Fund towards reducing this mortgage, and
the remainder be borrowed in Richmond, it being understood
that the 6$ interest upon the $20,000 will be taken out
of the appropriations for 1927 to the M§x--can Baptist
