The President welcomed Dr Mitchell the new member of the Board.

Rev. D. Clay Lilly of the Laymen's Missy Movement was invited to come before the Board to deliver a message from Dr. Gaines with reference to the campaign for the enlistment of every member in the churches, which he wished to bring to the attention of the Board.
