The Board was called to order by Pres. Hutson. Bro J. J. Wicker led in prayer.

The President welcomed Dr Mitchell the new member of the Board.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer's report was read and adopted, as follows:-

Rev. D. Clay Lilly of the Laymen's Missy Movement was invited to come before the Board to deliver a message from Dr. Gaines with reference to the campaign for the enlistment of every member in the churches, which he wished to bring to the attention of the Board.
