A meeting of the Board was held on tuesday June 18th at 5 oclock P.M.
Present. Brn: Curry, Tupper, Garlick, Hatcher, Clarke, Wortham, Watkins, J. B. Winston, Williams, Harris, Jones & Gwathmey. Also Bro. Wm D. Thomas, who offered prayer; and was on motion, invited to sit with the Board, as was also Bro. J. T. Craig of Balt. The Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurer presented his monthly report as follows.

The Cor. Sec. reported letters from Brn. David & Graves. Also one from Bro. Geo. B. Taylor, stating that his health had not been good for some time past. At the request of the President, Bro. Jones offered a special prayer in behalf of Bro. Taylor and his family.

A letter from Bro. M. T. Yates was read in part, and referred to the Committee on China Missions.
