Minutes of the July 9, 1901 Foreign Mission Board Meeting

For Mission Rooms July 9th, 1901 The Board met in its regular monthly meeting. Present Brethren John Pollard, Williams Willingham Hutson, Smith, Baldy, Jones, Mathews, Ellyson, Bagby, Mercer Pitt, & Hatcher. In the absence of President Winston Dr Pollard on motion was called to the chair. Prayer by brother Jones. The Recording Sec. being absent Brother I. M. Mercer acted in his absence. Brother Baldy accepts membership on Board & is present. 2. Has received letter from Brother Hering [sic] asking for a Conference with him. Met him at Rocky Mt. N.C. & had some talk with him. Dr Willingham does not hope that much will come out of it.
