Present brn Hatcher, Willingham, Bomar, Williams, Ellyson, Derieux, Cooper, Burnett, Smith, Jones, Bagby, Foster, Ryland, Mercer. In absence of Pres., Dr. Hatcher requested to preside. Prayer by bro. Ellyson. Treas. offered his report as follows: Receipts Balance per last rep. 11689.09 Isaac Davis Fund Int. 91. Maryland " " 35. Richmond College " 100. Of Cor. Sec. since last rep. 6909.61 18824.70 Disbursements Richd College, Loan on Call at 5%, Annuity Miss Moon 3000. For Sun. Purposes 11294.75 14294.75 Bal in Bk 4529.95 Liabilities Call Loans 6184.61 Cor. Secy reported: 1. Two cablegrams have been rec'd from China saying our missionaries are all safe. 2. Reports from the field are in general very encouraging. Following bills ordered to be paid: Petty Cash $100.00, Williams Pr. Co. $286.35, C. W. Saunders $14.75, Flanhart Pr. Co. $143.32. Report Com. China Missions adopted as follows: "1. It having come to our knowledge that Dr. Graves has suffered the loss of a part of his income, we recommend that our Secy be authorized to say to Dr. Graves that it will be our pleasure to honor any request for funds that he may make through our Treasurer. 2.
