1934.
The Board met in regular session at 4 P. M. with
the President in the chair.
The meeting was opened with prayer by Brother
Coleman*
The following were present: Mrs. Atkinson, Mrs.
Thomas,* Mrs. Wicker, Montague, Dr. Loving, Coleman, Jen¬
kins, Harris. Also Office Secretary, Miss Jessie Ford,
and Treasurer Buxton.
The minutes of June 7th and 12th were read and
approved.
Having received a favorable report from Brother
Fugate on Miss Bonnie Jean Ray, the Board approved the
return of Miss Ray to China.
On motion, Miss Ford was instructed to send a
message to Brother Gwathmey and Family on the death iri
his family.
Miss Ford was also instructed to send a message
of sympathy to Rev. T. C. Baghy on the- death of their
son William.
The Treasurer reported as follows;
