Richmond, July 11, 1848. A meeting of the Board was called to attend to the examination of Brr. B. W. Whilden and H. Goodale as candidates for missionary appointment. Present Brr. Jeter, Taylor, Ellyson, Gwathmey, Talman, A Thomas, J Thomas, Snead, A G Wortham, Reynolds, Kingsford, Ryland, & Sumner. Prayer by Bro. Reynolds.
