The Cor. Sec'ty stated that bro. Hart had accepted the office of Vice Pres. for Arkansas; that Mrs. Bacon of Chicago wishes counsel about Woman's Missionary Work of Mo. The Cor. Secty was requested to reply to her letter.
The Presbyterian Board of For. Miss of N.Y. requests this Board to send representatives to a conference of Missionary Secretaries and others to be held in New York Jany 12." 1893. The Board appointed our Cor. Secty to represent the Board. If he is unable to go, that he and the President designate some one to represent this Board.
Bro. Soper writes informing the Board of the death of his little daughter. Mrs. Ginsburg also is dead.
The Cor. Secty announced in a very feeling manner the death of Dr. J. L. Burrows.
On motion, a Committee, consisting of brethren Tupper Winston and Pitt was appointed to prepare a tribute of respect to the memory of Dr. Burrows, and that it be published in the F. M. Journal. This report is on the following page. Bro. Hutson was requested to lead in prayer.

On motion, resolved that the Board will attend in a body the funeral of Dr. Burrows, at the first church.
