The Board met in regular session at 4 P.M. , the
President in the chair.
Present: Gwathmey, Slaughter, Gaines, Coleman, Miss
Foster, Jenkins, Williams and Harris. Also Secretary
Ray and Treasurer Buxton.
The meeting opened with prayer by Brother Coleman.
