The Board met in regular session at 4 P. M. v/ith the
President in the chair.
The meeting was opened with prayer by Brother Slaughter.
The following were present: Slaughter, Montague, Gaines,
Walton, Clark, Cousins, Mrs. Wicker, Mrs. Thomas, Miss
Foster, Coleman, Mrs. Moore, Jenkins, Harris. Also
Secretary Ray and Treasurer Buxton.
The reading of the minutes of the last meeting — our
semi-annual meeting-- was dispensed with.
