Dr. C-nthen read a telegram stating that Dr. A. A. DuLaney, the New exico
Board member, was seriously ill with a heart attack in a Los Alamos hospital-.
Dr. C • then will send a message on behalf of the Board expressing the concern
of the board and assuring Dr. DuLaney of the ~-?\ayers of the board members.
Dr. Ellis led in a special ora rer for Dr. DuLaney.

by the support of missi ns through the Cooperative Program. After the South-
wide Budget of the Cooperative Program is reached, seventy-five per cent of

Foreign "ission Board., and twenty- five "er cert to the Home Mission Board.
The increase of this amount of money in recent years has been most enc ur aging.

This large amount of monev is of the highest significance. It enables the
Foreign Mission Board to continue pressing on in a program of world missions
advance in a very definite way. It makes possible appropriations to meet

sen and other needs which could not be done.
This money carries with it an indication, of the grov.dnr world missions convh.--
ti> n of Southern baptists. It carries with it the assurance of prayers on the
n.art. of the entire Convention. It indicates the readiness of Southern Baptists
to match with their money the dedication of life on the part of young people
which is so significant and growing.

care of the larger responsibilities growing out of an expanded missionary
staff.

R e corrm end a ti on will be presented today for £31,500 to prepare a new motion
picture film of the same quality as "All Are Called" and "Recruits for Christ."

ditioning our film, "Advance In Trice." in preparation for the mission study
period in the fall of
