The Bot ra met in regular session at 3:00 P. M. with President
Jenkins presiding.
The meeting, was opened with prayer by Brother Jones.
The following were present: Brethren Jenkins, Gwathmey, Matthews,
Loving, Adams, Coleman, Bryant, Harris, Slaughter, Mrs, Atkinson, Mrs.
Wicker, Miss Foster, and Mrs. Moore; also Executive Secretary Maddry,
Assistant Executive Secretary, Miss Ford, Field Secretary Jones and
Treasurer Buxton.
