Foreign Mission Board Rooms
Thursday, February 13, 1941
The Foreign Mission Board met in regular monthly session on Thurs¬
day, February 13 with President Jenkins in the chair.
There were present Brethren Jenkins, Bryant, Prickett, J. C. Williams,
Loving, Gaines, McMillan, Sadler and Buxton; Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Atkinson,
Miss Foster and Mrs. Wicker.
The meeting was opened with prayer by Dr. Loving.
The minutes of the January meeting were approved as read.
Dr. Maddry was absent on account of illness.
Dr. Sadler presented the request of the Executive Secretary that
H. H. McMillan, J. H. Wiley and Miss Ruth Ford, missionaries on furlough,
be asked to help in deputation work over the South, and that Mrs. M. T.
Rankin be assigned to help with the filing and library work in the Board
rooms. On motion of Brother Williams it was voted to ask these mis¬
sionaries to do the work suggested by Dr. Maddry.
