It is the desire of the Foreign Mission
Board that this item be kept, entirely separate and distinct
from the budget for native work.
It is understood that the item of $3,000.00
for "School and Publishing House" is to be furnished by
the W. M. U. of the South and is to be used for the expenses
of the seminary for the months of October - December, 1935,
and for literature and public at ion work.
II. The appropriations for native work (pastors’
salaries and rents )are adopted and becomes the guide of the
Board in the future as the churches strive for self-support.
