REPORT
Board Rooms, December 12th, 1935.
The Board met in regular session at 4 P. M . with Pres¬
ident Jenkins presiding.
The meeting

The following were present: Mrs. Atkinson, Miss Poster,
.Mrs. Moore, Brethren Montague, Loving, Bryant, Cousins,
Coleman, Gwathmey, Jenkins and Harris; also Assistant to
the Executive Secretary, Miss Ford, Field Representative,
. S. Jones, M. T. Rankin of China, W. C. Taylor of Brazil
nd Treasurer Buxton.

The minutes of November 19th were read and approved.
On motion Miss Coleman was given a furlough of from
hree to four months to travel in China without expense to
his Board.
