The Board met in regular session at 4 P. M. with the
President in the ohair.
The meeting mas opened with prayer by Mrs. Thomas.
The following were present: Coleman, Mrs. Thomas, Gaines,
Walton, Gwathmey, Clark, Bryant, Williams, Montague, Mrs.
Moore, Miss Foster, Woodfin, Harris.
Also Secretary Ray and Treasurer Buxton.
Secretary Ray reported the death from pneumonia of our
missionary R. E. Chambers, Shanghai, China.
