Board Rooms, April 11, 1935
The Board met in regular session at 4 P. M. in the
Board Rooms with President Jenkins presiding.
The meeting was opened with prayer by Brother C.
Sylvester Green.
The following were presents Brethren Gwathmey,
Jenkins, Slaughter, Cousins, Montague, Coleman, Matthews,
Green, Harris, and Loving; Mrs. Atkinson, Mrs. Moore, Mrs.
Wicker, Mrs. Thomas and Miss Foster; also Miss Ford, Assis¬
tant to the Executive Secretary, E. P. Buxton, Treasurer,
and R. S. Jones, Field Representative.
On motion the following committee was appointed to
prepare resolutions on Mrs. Ayersi Brethren Bryant, Green
and Cousins.
